Booking a Course

Simply contact David Ringsell by telephone or email. For custom training, I am happy to talk about your training requirements and prepare a course outline. This outline can then be shown to delegates on the course.

Delivery
For customised on-site training, I generally find the workshop format works best. What I do for workshops is to bring along some sample applications on my laptop and use these to demonstrate the key features. After each demonstration the delegates will have an opportunity to do some hands-on practice. For this practical part, I will provide a task that the delegates can have a go at. The sample applications would also be installed on the delegates' PCs. I can also provide training notes based on the course slides and recommend a book that matches the course content.

I am also experienced in delivering a range of official Microsoft courses. For these, I often enhance the course content from my "real-world" experience as a developer. I can help delegates prepare for Microsoft exams related to the course.

Cancellations
If a course is cancelled after a confirmed booking then:
The full fee is payable, if cancelled within 5 working days of the course start date, or 50 % of fee is payable, if cancelled within 10 working days of the course start date.
